This unique event embraces the imperfect or flawed ‘seconds’ that never see the light of commerce, as well as the best each artist has to offer. We have over 50 artists at this last-show-of-the-Christmas season. Artists that make their living selling at various art shows generally end up with pieces that have been nicked or otherwise damaged in the constant loading and unloading that they do. This is their opportunity to sell these pieces at a discount as well as present the very best they have to offer.
The show is inside a 24K sq. ft. building (we bought the old watch factory) so folks can shop, have lunch, stay out of the weather and give back to the community all in one visit. Join with us to support ‘Empty Bowls’ a hunger-prevention endeavor pairing local potters and local Chefs who will be providing lunch. For a nominal donation ($25) you’ll get hot soup and bread served in handmade Earthborn bowls, which you keep as a reminder of all the empty bowls in the world. Proceeds go to First Light Women’s Shelter. There is a modest $2 entry fee we share with First Light also.
