The Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival has become one of the largest gatherings of world-famous Cajun, Zydeco. and Swamp Pop musicians and plays host to over 30 bands on three stages during the three-day festival. Music fills the air from morning into the night at Pare Hardy!

4:00pm - Festival Grounds Open - Information and Souvenir, Food, Beer. Coke, Water, Liquor, Commercial Vendors, Arts and Crafts Booths, Carnival Opens
4:30pm - Opening Ceremonies - Crawfish Stage
4:45pm - Celebrity Crawfish Eating Contest - Crawfish Stage
5:15pm - 6:45 pm - Cajun Dance Lessons, Breaux Bridge Tent - Cal and Leu Courville
