Welcome to the Art in the Park Festival! The city of Mandan welcomes thousands of visitors to town each 4th of July to shop, celebrate and enjoy each others' company. Our city is hopping during America's holiday as we host this event, the Mandan Rodeo Days Celebration and Independence Day Parade.
